Hi,

On a mobile phone with Android 8.1, it does not allow me to install from an apk created with WinDevMobile 23.

The apk is executed, but the message "Application not installed" is displayed and nothing else.

From the Windev Mobile 23 editor, using the "Run project test (mobile device)" option, the application is installed and executed correctly on the mobile device.

It's probably a permissions problem, but I'm reasching in the help of pcsoft and it don't say anything about it.

Does anyone know what can happen?

I had to add additional permissions according to the following article, but it is not installed either.
