..what should I do, really?
I have Windev Mobile 24
Last update: 01a240075t#
my Android SDK is updated as you can see in the image below
but when I try to send to the Play Store a new release of my App, they say that no 64 bit code is
not present in the APK
can someone help me? |

There is a problem on the new Build procedure and libraries for Windev 24, PCSOFT has made a patch fixing that issue, you must require that patch and procedure (it requires to use the executable patch before you run graddle and build the Android APK). Ask the patch from PCSOFT through your support ticket system. that is the only way to get that patch/fix and the instructions in how to apply the procedure.
So contact PCSOFT through the support tool.

Yes, on WinDev Mobile 24 there is a new patch available, but atm. only in french. https://www.pcsoft.fr/st/telec/windevmobile24/index.html
The patch for 64-Bit Android APP for English WinDev is atm. only available at support request.
I think the English WinDev 24 patch for 64-Bit is not far away, so stay tuned, request support, you'll be informed as soon there is a patch.
