Prezados,
As vezes por descuido ou por algum motivo do além a sua aplicação não abre.
A solução seria fazer o que o nosso amigo Patrick Moreno do Suporte PcSoft recomenda:
Hi Adriano,
You may try the following operations:
- BKP Project
- Delete the files *.ENV, attempt to Open the sequence
ELSE
- Delete the files *.DEP, attempt to Open the sequence
ELSE
- Delete the files *.CPL, attempt to Open the sequence
ELSE
- Update your project ("Project .. Other Actions").

No meu caso a primeira tentativa de apagar os *.ENV resolveu de primeira.
