WD8 browse table column fix to the left not working?

WD8 has the possibility (so it seems) to lock a given number of columns to
the left in the table browse control. However these columns don't stick to
the left. Am I misinterpreting this or doesn't it work? (Discription tab)

The tablefixcolumn(table.field, true) works but checking this option on the
disription tab with the number of columns to lock to the left doesn't seem
to work.

In addition to setting the Table Attribute of the number of columns to lock on the left, have you tried setting the Lock Column attribute of the individual columns?
