Without a doubt global variables are global to the session they are running in for each application.
I was consistantly able to demonstrate that users overwrite each others values BECAUSE I was running one of the session from the WebDev IDE. You have to either run it from the WebDev Administrator or from a url in the browsers.
Thanks for everyones help and mentioning they are global. Yews they are.
