All our reports of our application are made with report controller.
When we print these reports on a laser printer there is no problem and it prints fast.
When we print the same reports on a dot-matrix printer, it is very slow even for a very small report.
Is there a solution for printing reports, made by the report controller, fast on a dot-matrix printer ?

I don't know what make of generic printer you have but have you tried setting up the printer under windows with the "Generic / Text only" driver ?
