Looking for a quote to help sort out Oauth2

I am looking for someone who can give me a quote to set up a WinDev app to be able to send and receive emails with oAuth2 to Microsoft Azure. My app is designed for the elderly and first time users so I need to be able to set up free emails via Outlook.com for each of them. Up to September last year everything was working perfectly until they introduced oAuth2 and since then I have been trying everything to get it to connect but cannot find out what I am doing wrong. It means that I cannot release the app as this is an essential part.
If there is anyone out there who has successfully managed to sort this out, please let me know. I suspect that this will involve configuring both ends (Windev and Azure)
