Last 2 days I have very slow response from Dashboard "Fast Selection". Before, it was really fast. Now I have 2-3 seconds wait before windev response on my pressed keyboard key. Mean, search is very slow. Why? Is there any option to re-index or simple make it faster.

I don't know the cause to your problem, but WD "loses its marbles" every now and then, and starts to do weird things, or stops doing things at all. In such cases the normal procedure is to close the project and delete the appname.cpl sub-directory from the app directory. This will force a total re-compilation of the project when re-opening it. You might also want to try the "Repair the project" command in the "old" project menu.

1. I am already save (backup) project without .cpl folder
2. try to delete whole folder and restore from backup
3. try with repair project
Weird thing is that same project was work correct on two other computers. 3 developers.
Tomorrow morning, project start to work correct on this "problem pc" without any reason, without any new intervention.
You are right. WD in new versions starting to response little weird, like a fly.

Hi,
Did you already try to remove some widgets from the dashboard to see if performance is better then?
I had this kind of issue with the dynamic audit widget. If this is the case, search for *.WAUDIT files in your project directory. You can delete the file(s) if they are oversized.

Hi Joris.
Dynamic Audit is removed long time ago 'cause we use SCM over internet and audit file sometimes grow up so big and project can not be opened and windev "Stop to respond" often if you try to open another configuration from project pane. So widgets are not a problem. Like I say. Without any intervention windev's "fast selection" start to be, what caption say (fast selection). Before 2 days it was veerrryyyy sllloooowwww seeelectioon <img src="/NG2013_WEB/ui/smiley/6.gif" align=absmiddle border=0 alt=";)">
