In runtime Reports & Queries the analysis can be selected, but does not see the table I have declared in my application. How can I pass the code HDeclareExternal() command to R&Q so the user can create a new query or report.
Any comments appreciated. |

Hi Mark,
In the Analysis (at design time), have you ticked the "Visible by the end user in Reports & Queries" check box on the Reports & Queries tab of the table(s) in question? |

Hi Darren
Thanks for response. Maybe I'm missing something. The table is not in the analysis for me to set the property as it's created by HDeclareExternal at runtime. Maybe the property can be set via programming and would then appear? |

Hi,
I think I was missing something. If the file isn't in the analysis, then (afaik), R&Q won't know about the file? |
