Hi All,
I have a WM 19 dongle updated to WM20 . The update was done on a Windows 8 laptop and has worked fine. I just installed WM20 onto a Windows 7 laptop and the dongle is not recognised.
Any suggestions?

Hi Peter,
You don't go into much detail, but have you waited for W7 to install the HASP drivers required by the dongle? |

| Hi Peter, remove the dongle drivers and install them from the install-directory |

Thanks guys,
The answer is very simple; in my haste I downloaded and installed Windev, not Mobile 
I'm hoping to buy Windev in the next while, so not too much of a problem...
