| [WB19] Windows 7 update causes WB to crash |

Hi,
Today one project (others load fine) made Webdev crash, when it previously loaded without problems.
I did a system recovery to the state before the last Windows update (11-11-2015) and the project loaded correctly.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits, WB 32 bits.
Perhaps this will help you, just in case.

Yes I noticed that I'd the same issue and I just painfully uninstall the any updates
on Nov 11/10 and it works as normal in win7-64 bit.
I then suspend windows update as there's no benefit at all.
Looks like Windows forces you all to win10. Believe or not, I could
run the same wb19-64bit dev in win10-64-bit with NO PROBLEM at all.
