I moved a project from WD20 to WD21, all seemed fine then it prompted that skin template out of date and to run Project/Recompile/Refresh Style & Skin Template
Now it lists 780 GUI errors, saying it can't see skin template files on disk. When I look in the \ emplates\WD sub folder of my project there are files "missing", so I copy them in from the WinDev21\Personal folder and recompile.
All looks good until I check everything back into the SCM, when the local files get deleted and again report as missing!
I've tried adding all the images manually to the SCM, but WinDev still prompts to rebuild Style & Skin and when I do the files get deleted again!!
Anyone experience anything similar? any ideas how to resolve?

Well that's 4 hours of my life that I won't get back!
Downloaded the update but I'm still seeing lots of "errors", is there a trick? do I need to roll back by project to before it all started?

I just did the resynch again & all was good. I wasn't using SCM on the particular project where I struck the problem; maybe you need to check everything out first?

Hi David,
I think my issue is that part of the project is WebDev, is there an equivalent patch for WB?
As Michael says, how do we find these patches other than asking here? Would have been great to have been able to check a "known issues" list.

Hi. The update is for the three products. You can ever use the update search from the IDEs.

If I click "Update Windev" in 21 I only get a updated Helpfile.

Michael,
It only tells you about helpfile and templates, but when I actually run the installer it updated WM, WB & WD to either S+ or S# and WB actually seemed to update a couple of times (to + and then to #).
So I think it loads the patches, but does not list them in what is going to download. Also does not mention them in the summary once it has completed.

Hi Gary,
there are 3 updates for the skin templates.
One for each WX product.
Go to windev.com (Download>version 21) and you will find them ...
