Hi
not sure if anybody can answer this given that telemetry is new. I emailed PCSoft re my telemetry dashboard as it is not updating correctly. All the movements are being shown against one app and it is very much useless as it is.
my question is this. Where is the local data being kept before being flushed to the server? There must be because some data because after I delete my server database I get back-dated entries in it. If I can find that I will reset it and test it it will be ok after a reset.
any help appreciated. thnks Noel |

| Hi, I suspect that data is accumulated in the registry, a favorite place for all of the other PCS data related to an application ... I'd have a look there! |

Hi,
Are you using the latest version of Windev21? (0065s) There have been modifications regarding telemetry in this version.
We are using 2 applications in telemetry (since 10 days) and until now i don't have the problem you mentioned.
Don't know where data is kept before it is flushed.
Kind regards,
Joris. |

Hi Joris
Yes I am using 65s and it was working fine up to before 65s. After i updated i got 65s# and then all went haywire.
I reinstalled windev 21 from scratch but nothing changed. Ask PCSoft to help but waiting Thanks Noel |

Noel Perhaps it is worth asking PCS what the # indicates on the version installed.
You are the first, indeed only, person I know with this suffix. |

| Hi, the "#" sign is just added to a version whenever it stays the same in order to initiate updating. You will see it mainly with the Help updates. It forces the update over another Help of the same version. |
