Hi
Does anyone know of any wlanguage syntax fuctions/methods to read sequentially read menu/sub menu options and their properties (caption/image/visible etc) of a popup menu. Also, is it possible to add a glink or ID to a menu/submenu within a popup
The issue i have is that we create a tree menu within side-bar sections and i want to use groupware to enable/disable but the only way to create the tree menu options is at runtime (static values). If we have the static values on popup menus (hidden) then we can control these via groupware and use them as a template to build the tree menu at runtime based on whether they are visible or not - this is the only way we could think of having the tree menu controlled by central groupware
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated
BTW - a great testimonial for PCSOFT/Windev - we now have an enterprise application for warehouse logistics, picking and sequencing stock (from Leoni in france) to Nissan Motors UK production, palletised and sequenced to match the exact vehicle chassis number next on the production line, that has been signed off following massive system audits by Nissan Europe
We also have a full sales and manufacturing system for a paper/card converters including shopfloor data collection and WinDev fork lift truck touch screen units, managingthe production of paper and board products, again using the PCSoft family of products.
Multiple WinDev Mobile solutions for container management and inspections running at Rotterdam port, Asia and an RFID solution for recycling bales at a huge waste management company
All possible using PCSoft's 1st class family of products. We have used many enterprise 4GL environments in the past, including Progress 4GL and non have the power and ease to market as WX so if anyone has any doubts or concerns - Don't - we started @ v15 and have never looked back!
