| WD21 - RTF formatting toolbar is gone |

Hi,
in my WD21 application the RTF formatting toolbar for RTF edit controls is gone (or not visible?) all of a sudden.
Setting it to always visible or only when editing makes no difference.
I created a new test application and then it does work.
Repair, delete CPL, etc makes no difference,
Maybe there is a global setting for it in my project? |

Arie,
Just a thought (and as a test), have you tried to use the AAFExecute function to force the toolbar on your control?
Failing that, and I'm not a gambling man, but I bet it's set in the registry somewhere? |

Hi Darren,
After some testing it turns out that a call to gpwLogin causes trouble.
If I call a test window with an RTF control BEFORE my call to gpwLogin, it works.
But after that no way.
Now I remember I had this before with the color-select-window, with the same cause - gpwLogin

Maybe the old groupware is blocking something, like you suggested before.
But that;s builtin functionality which I cannot do anything about it.
I think I will give it a try to upgrade groupware to the GPU-variant. I'm still using the old GPW . |
