Can a windev application installed locally be connected to the database is on a aws rds service. I understand that the speed of the users internet service, types of queries and plenty of other factors will have a lot to do with the responsiveness of the application. I don't want to use webdev as there is functionality missing that I need from windev.
Any comment and numbers on real world world experience would be appreciated. Thank you |
