| WD21: connecting exchange-server slow |

Hi all,
i have a small tool sending email using an Exchange server. This is rather slow.
EmailStartSession takes about 10 seconds
EmailSendMessage takes another 5 seconds.
The smpt-server is in the local network. Also using the IP-adres of the server , instead of the DNS name makes no difference.
A simple freeware smpt-tool from internet it sends emails in a split second.
Are there any settings in WD which can speed things up? |
