Is there a possibility to import images in on a website without using
a database. I want simply to upload the image and then immediately
is has to be shown on the website

of course you can.
Make an upload field and manage the transfer on your server in a
particular folder. Then, use the instructions of the wlangage like
flisteFichier to read image file.
