FROM WINDEV 7.5 HTML Help
To find out the tabulation order for all the controls in a window, select the option "Window..TabOrder..Edit".
To modify the navigation order, select the option "Control..TabOrder..Edit" and use the arrows on the right side.
I have not yet found out where to edit tab order. Am I missing something here? (wouldn't be the first time)

Hello Marc,
I can do what you want while having a window displayed and using the menu
Window > Browsing Order > Edit
