Hi Mitch,
we do have a full POS system for European specs (VAT) - in German. It's mainly meant for bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, for any retail business from 1 to 100 outlets. 35 installed. Mitch,
We have a full POS system designed for Retailing and Hospitality. We also have all of the modules on the Hand Held Terminal (anything with CE can have the modules). We also have a full recipe costing modules for use in a Central Production Unit. Finally, we also have modules for Rentals and Repairs. All modules link together depending on the requirement.
It is also multi site with full vpn links between sites for stock checking / transfers/ deliveries etc. All of the databases are Mysql and all written in Windev.
Our last and most important feature is that we link directly into our shopping carts so that orders placed on the web are brought to the site and then processed with the new stock levels and customer information being updated in real time. This means that there is accurate stock on the web and in the shops.New items added in head office can bu designated ingredient only (recipe), for sale in shop only, for sale on web only, or a both. You can also run several web sites with the same stock (the web updater brings the orders to the shop and then updates the web sites automatically.
A fairly comprehensive solution I think you would agree.
