I'm just starting to evaluate WinDev. [actually will be more focused on WinDev Mobile] I have seen this thing over the years, but I have never invested the energy in a full eval. My background: been developing for 20something years professionally. Advanced .NET developer. Frankly, I'm tired of the low level stuff, and if I can find higher level tools to help me focus more on the Solution, I'm there. Can anyone help me pick a trail: - What are the other U.S. forums? - What's the best/fastest path for learning? Great book or tutorial somewhere? - Is there an extended trial download somewhere? Thanks. |

I think, the best path, is to read the tutorial, and learn from examples. PCSOFT has all very well documented in the help file too.
- Is there an extended trial download somewhere? Thanks.
Express versions, I think there are only 2: Windev 12: http://www.windev.com/windev/WD-Express.htm Windev Mobile 12: http://www.windev.com/windevmobile/WM-Express.htm
There aren't the last version, but is enough to get closer at how Windev works.
Cheers. |
