Look in your help for something like "Hyper File assisted error management" (I don't know the french translation. It has all the information you need. Basically the message you are trying to translate is in a window label.

I have WD7.5 EC (French) and bought WDINT to translate all system messages. It works very well except for one thing :
I cannot find the message
Le méchanisme de sécurité assisté de l'application %1 a été déclenché.
Les données rentrent en conflit avec les contraintes d'integrité.....
Basically, this is the message which appears when you try to save a record with a missing foreign key. The HF dll seemed the most logical place to look but it's not in there, nor in the other dlls. Has anyone already translated that one?
