WinDev 19 working fine in Windows 8.1
Had a computer crash > backup would not install > clean install of WinDev 19 > will not recognize dongle (error in French)
Downloaded hasp update (FAQ gave info). GUI did not work - CMD did not work.
WinDev email support requires a working copy to download support form (no working copy)
Any suggestions or ideas to correct this would be appreciated.

please give us some precisions on:

Without error message or behavior, it's hard to help...
Did you at least try to stop your anti-virus while installing the hasp
driver (I installed them on 8.1 without any problem)?

Hasp update installed fine prior to crash. Reinstalled WD 19 > downloaded GUI - turned off firewall - removed dongle - installed update > message - update successful > reinstall dongle > start WD - error - dongle not recognized (I assume this is the error as it is in French)
Repeat the same procedure with command line install with the same results. |

Please do a printscreen of the french error message, so that we can go
further

| I presume the image is attached. After adding nothing showed up. If the image is not attached let me know how to send it to you. |

| Installed WD 9 and it recognized the dongle. |

| Deleted 19 - installed 19 as 32 bit and dongle is recognized. |
