I ran into this interesting library that will allow one to create CSS styled HTML like layout with easy of HTML. Its name is HTMLayout.
If PCSoft would adopt something like this we the developers would have tremendous power in our hands. Imagine being able to change the layout of a window in compiled exe without having to modify original project in WD. in fact the possibilities are mind blowing.
Personally as a developer I have always marveled at the way we can preset data and UI in Web and have always wished the same kind of flexibility and power in Desktop apps.
Note:
I think Symantec the makers of Norton Antivirus have been using this tool/library in the products since ages.
