Please read the answer that is given in the picture you posted. There is not much we can add to an issue that is either an incorrect password or a failure to access an ftp site over your internet connection.

Thanks for reply. As the password is correct so it seems that there is some problem in accessing an ftp site over internet connection.

Very often, the problem is in the FTP settings active/passive... Just try the other option
