Hi CCC2,
If it's XP and Vista style icons you're looking for and you're not in a rush, BitsDuJour often have an Icon bundle that sells for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately. as is the way with BitsDuJour (I've just checked), this offer isn't on their list of upcoming offers.
However, BitsDuJour do have an icon section that you could check out?

I have a question about mixing icon to create new icon .
sometime when i can't find the icon to express the function i want , i cut the part I want from here and there, edit then combine and create new icon.
my question is , who own license of this new icon? |
