Hi,
anybody tried this ?
I don´t know how this should be work, I choose "Application don´t use UAC" in the setup options, but it still wan´t to install my program in "C:\program files\myapplication". This could be only with administrator privilegs.
I don´t see any difference to the normal setup .... |

windows require administrator privilegs to create file in C:\Program files\, (windev have nothing to do with it).
To install a "Application don´t use UAC", choose another folder like C:\MyCompany\. |

Hi Michael
during the installation the user can change the installation directory to c:\anything. any update will not require the admin password and can continue without admin intervention.
hope this is clear.

Hi Michael
I had tried to install in any other directory with WD19 and encountered problems with the automatic updates.
Since this worked in WD20 i 'assumed' that this is it.
