Hello All,
I am trying to install the new WB20.
it is a clean install on a completely new test machine using windows 7 Premium.
I downloaded the zip from the website. during installation I get the following (see screen shot).
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Guys,
Screen shot issue.
It tells me that it can't find HELP.zip and wants to exit.
Where do I find this zip file? Can i download it from the website?

what zip are you talking about?
All pcsoft installs are self installers (exes)

Morning Fabrice,
In french it says "le fichier d'archive C:\WebDev 20 - Setup\HELP.zip n'a pas ete trouve"
With an EXIT button underneath.

that was not my question... You said:

and if that is correct, then it's a problem, as you should have downloded an exe and run it.

Fabrice,
1. Downloaded the 2.9gb zip
2. extracted to the setup directory.
3. Ran Install.exe
It is in the middle of the install. It checks for the IIS server and installed it
That is why am confused. tried it a couple of times and had the same result.

and again, where did you find a 2.9 gb ZIP?
-ALL- pcsoft installers are self installing EXEs!!!
So, I don't know where this file is coming from, but that seems to be the problem |

I went back to a previous restore point, downloaded everything again!!
This time it all worked - really weird BUT I am happy.
