I am curious and want to know if WD20 support accessing pgSQL and MySQL natively like WD17?
If yes then does this native support comes pre-installed or have we to shell out more money to buy it?

of course it does... No function is ever REMOVED in windev.
No, it's NOT pre-installed, as not everybody needs it
And yes, it's still free
