| [WB21] Anchored table refreshes after tab select |

I have a simple page with a table on top and below the table a tab control.
Whenever I select a tab, the table is refreshed. It is only when I have resize anchors on the table. The tab is anchored to the bottom.
How can I prevent this?
Dynamic WebDev, dynamic page
Page has anchoring width and height
Generation: HTML5
Edit in "zoning" (no zones defined, same refresh problem when I use zoning)
Table is just a dropped in table, source filled and no source added, so it's empty
Table mode: AJAX
Tabs are also empty
