Hi
The telemetry used to work fine, then there was an update from PCsoft and I was getting a not fatal error.
I uninstalled evertying, deleted the database and started afresh. I have also redistributed the apps being checked.
Since then I can see the database getting bigger but in the IDE itself there are no details.
In the area wehre there should be some details I get "No Statistic is abailable at this time. Note: the data are aggregated every 2hrs."
anybody has had the same problem / experience?
any help appreciated.

Hi Noel,
I'm using telemetry since yesterday so that is why i'm asking this (maybe) stupid question :
Are you sure that the connection settings of your application and your Windev are the same?
I'm using WD21 ...65s and the pcscloud platform to store telemetry data. No problems with it.

I think they are correct because when I generate the installation there is a check that the user code and password are correct.
my version is 65S#. I got the # since the last update.

Hi All
I did not discover what was wrong with the telemetry but I installed it on another online server and it seems to be working ok.
When I did the uninstall / install something must have gone wrong and messed it up.
The reply from pcsoft was this:
.... The first control you have to do is to verify the entry "RAWP" in IIS parameters.
If necessary, please delete this entry and do it again.
.
I am note sure what it means so have not done anything. if somebody knows what that means please can you let me know so that I can check it out.
