Hi all,
We are trying to install the Telemetry server on a PC however we are getting the following error when we try to connect.

Does anyone have any ideas?
We're using the credentials that the telemetry installation gave us.

Hi,
According to the error message there is 98% chance that your credentials are not valid.
Maybe you should redo the installation of the telemetry server to get new credentials.
AFAIK it is the only method to get the credentials. Because after it is installed, there is no way to get them.

HI Joris
I have installed it many times over each time I get a new set or credentials.
Always the same result.
Not sure where I can add new credentials from or if I can see that they are the right ones.
The first time we installed it as a test it work with no problems. From then on it we always get the same errors.

Hi,
Maybe you should remove the database too before re-installing the telemetry server? Keep the proposed database name (TLM).
