Hi frind,
i try to contact the support with the application on this link.

but after the send give me the error "Delivery status of notification"...

Hi Giovanni,

You don't need to download this tool, it's integrated in WX (Help, Request to the....)

Hi, your e-mail parameters seem to be incorrect. Either you fix that or you send the support request as a text file by your mail client.
