Have a client that computer locks up after a email has been sent. Windows 10. Any one have any ideas.

report preview + win 10 creator update= bug described and fixed by pcsoft... ask them for the fix on their web site

Hello Joe,
The problem is more complicated. I had the same problems to. A part was solved bij upgrading to V22. After that situations occurred with the combination Preview-MS Outlook. That was solved by uninstalling updates within Outlook.
Search this forum on the problem and you'll see there is a lot to do about. As far as I know, the problem still persists. At the clients site we have turned of the automatic update in MS Outlook. This solves it for now.

I was NOT talking about upgrading to v22.
V22 has the same problem than previous versions, and in all cases, you need to apply a fix of the print preview system published recently by pcsoft to work around a change introduced in windows 10 (the big version from this spring).

No, I was talking about V22. I'm only saying that I still encounter problems with Outlook and I'm not the only one as you can read on the forum. As far as I know there's no update for V22, so in the meantime I have to bypass the problem by freezing the updating of Outlook.

Hi Jan,
Thats is what this thread is about. There's no update for V22 and still there are problems. Like I said earlier, you have to experiment with uninstalling Outlook updates.
