1. Can WinDEV to column-level security? E.G. I want to implement groups and users and be able to compound them so that the rights of the users are additive based on the groups they are a member or plus individual rights, such as with operating systems. The plan is to enable hidden, read-only, and read-write at the column level.
2. Can this same functionality flow through to the WebDEV and/or WinDEV Mobile and WebDEV?

Hi
WinDev can not, but YOU can code in with it...
There is an example of just that in my user management system available
as part of WXEDM, my open source electronic document management system...

not good enough?
