| Dongle not recognized via remote desktop |

Hi All
I have just installed my Windev 20, Webdev 20 and Windev mobile 20 on a Windows 10 Pro machine. On the USB ports of this machine I have plugged in all 3 dongle keys. The startup of all 3 applications are behaving well with full functionality.
But when I access the machine from my other machine with remote desktop taking control over the Windows 10 Pro machine, then when I start my Windev 20, Webdev 20 or Windev mobile 20. then I get the Dongle not recognized error.
How come?

It's a guess, but maybe check your settings of the remote deskop connection: local sources, at more de-select ports...
It could be that if you use your ports (of the local machine some ports of the remote machine are not available... |

| Oh or.... if you have the dongles connected to the local machine, then check the ports setting to use you local USB ports... |
