Just for your information:
Hi friends,
Mr. Thomas Seifert, the main creator of the open source Phorum software https://www.phorum.org/ which we're using here on mysnip.de, told me that he's shutting down his computer by the end of August 2018.
However, he will assist us in moving these forums to one of our root servers (physically sitting in Germany). So, nothing will be lost, hopefully nothing will be different, except for the domain in use. Currently, our forums are running on mysnip.de, in future they'll run on wxforums.info
Somewhen, most probably within the next two weeks, the move will be done and there will be a redirection to the new location. Downside: our prominent Google search position will be lost and we'll have to do some, uh, "work" to get it back again. |
