Hi All
I am really in a fix now.
I am getting the error:
Insufficient memory to perform the operation
(13, ERR_OUT_OF_MEMORY)
Installed Physical Memory 16GB
Total Physical Memory 15.9GB
Available Physical Memory 10.8GB
Available Virtual Memory 10.5GB
Error comes up when testing a web app on the development machine.
Any ideas?

Damn computers. I hate them. Looks like it was a rogue wd session.exe that was running even after a cold reboot. Killed it and it is working again. This *may* have been the issue - who knows ? - like shooting farts in the dark  And they want me to get into a driverless car - dream on.
