Hello all, I have been monitoring the manta service for some time now and have noticed that it does not seem to be releasing all of the memory that it uses when executed. There is a cumulative effect with each execution in which ~2,000K of memory continues to be used following the program closing. This accumulation never reduces. Has anyone noticed similar behavior of Manta? Does anyone have a guess as to why the memory is not being released? Regards, Marc |

I forgot to mention, I am referring to memory usage on the HFCS server machine, not the execution machine. Is there any reason that once the connection to the database is dropped that memory should continue to be utilized?

Hi, yes, this has been a problem on Windows Servers only AND prior to version 25! I'd recommend to use version 25 HFSQL C/S, works just fine with previous versions of the exe files. However, such a memory leak has not been observed on Linux servers.
