When uploading my app to Google got the error:

"For new apps, Android App Bundles must be signed with an RSA key."

In the signing process replaced:

"-keyalg DSA -sigalg SHA1withDSA -keysize 1024"

to

"-keyalg RSA -keysize 2048"

That solved the problem
